How many ram i choose here , its good for 256mb>?

256 is good if you have an optimized script, other than that use the 768mb.

Get a VPS at OVH.

OVH always. Its cheap and realiable.

PS: unlimited slots. I think you can run about 200 players with no lag and a decent Gamemode with 1 GB ram. ( Correct me if I'm wrong )
