Well, i made a server and my friend want to help me so is it possible to give the files to him so he can script and add FS etc. and it will be added automatically to my server like we both working in same PC and same IP ?

Bitbucket is really good. Comes with SourceTree that is really quite awesome.
OP you wanna read about SVN usage, as this is what they are.
Just be careful though, keep constant backups of what you've done, and try avoid editing the files at the same time.
It's just easier to wait a little, or work on another file, until the other is finished.
