It's a really nice map, and the interior looks good. You could do better, tough.
For instance, try to use one single object to cover the floor and the sealing.
More objects means more texture glitches, and more work for the streamer.

Hm, reminds me of something.. Oh no. Can't be, but it's obvious that this is Italy Mafia's Drug Factory interior. If you want to design something, I would recommend you to design something on your own, instead of copying others.

I'm pretty sure Michie is right, I've seen this before too. That would explain why this guy isn't releasing the code yet.
