When I press ESC to change my modloader settings, or audio settings or whatever. Then I press return/ESC to get out of the pause menu, my game freezes and crashes. Is there anything I can do that doesn't include re-installing GTA?

Yes, but the crashing just started suddenly, I have had the same mods for a while, then it started crashing when entering pause menu and going out it.

Issue fixed. It was about a GTA_IV_HUD.asi
