I download samp server files with an mysql databse. Where do i change the DB;s password an stuff? I cant find it.

If you downloaded the Database with tables you dont need mysql password or other stuffs,simple help
go localhost/phpmyadmin
then Import after that just click the mysql file and it will auto create database and tables if they're included
if you mean for that
