i think im banned from Firewall, how can i unban from firewall?

Check if your website is still online, by using this tool. It might be offline for short or long term.

run cmd as admin n try /ipconfig -> /ipconfig release -> /ipconfig renew

Just restart your router i believe you got internet issues.! If this still exists try to contact your ISP.!
