Search for tuts about Factions, learn enough to make one yourself, there's no CMD for factions if that's what your looking for.

Do re-search, read tutorials, learn the basic of pawn first.
Stop spamming the forum for asking things we can simply not know without showing us the codes. You ask things which are pretty hard. Try to learn it first, afterwards ask for help.
Because; if you simply don't understand anything about pawno it will lead to :: asking everything which returns/forces you to spam.
