What system are you using for hashing the passwords, first of all?
The passwords are hashed for a reason, this being security. You'll rather not try to decrypt them, only if it is a real necessity. If you, as server owner, do not ensure a secured environment for your players, they will leave your server. Also, decrypting passwords and abusing your player's information is illegal and may result to a real life punishment.

There is never a "real necessity". User's passwords are their business. You have absolutely nothing to do with that. If players forget their passwords you generate new randoms one and send them to them. That obviously also implies that you need some kind of system that allows users to change their passwords.
