You need to download a new version of the streamer plugin replace the includes in pawno then recompil the gamemode.

Just download the latest version of streamer and put streamer.inc in pawno> includes folder and streamer.dll ( streamer.so ) in plugins folder. after that recompile the script and open

You are compiling the script with a version that doesn't equal the version of the plugin. You need to update the plugin to match the include.
