This is a linux storage (sorry for double but i can't write more there^^

Just download the latest streamer plugin with its include, add them to your server and recompile your gamemode.

Download streamer's new version and place that include in your includes folder and plugin in your plugins folder, Make sure to download for linux.

Re-compile your script once the replacement of include is done.
