Hy today i have installed windows 10 my server was working fine on Windows 8 but now when i try to run my server on Windows 10 Plugins are giving failed error

Install the latest C++ redistributables over here:

That should work AFAIK.

I just tested the plugins you are using, and no such issues were found on my computer that was upgraded to Windows 10. Please verify you have installed the latest C++ redist packages.
