When i launch my sa-mp v0.2x server no one can`t connetc it its shows retraing info ( it`s not working ) why
?

Did you give your internet IP? not internal like 192.168 or 10.1?

www.whatismyip.com and your port, send that ip-port to your friends and if they can't connect there may be some reasons like:
* You haven't portfowarded your server.
* Your server is not in master list.
Or maybe more...if you can't enter it either, then there may be problems like this:
*Your server might be v 0.2X, but your game might be v 0.2.2
*Maybe there are some incorrect lines in server.cfg
