If you get the .dll files from random sites, it is bad however sometimes it is fine because the are the correct ones, if you install the driver right and restart, then the .dll should be in the correct place and the driver will be installed meaning you can run it however, if the message still continues to come up.
I'd suggest finding where the .dll was installed and then copying it over to the server directory because it cannot find it correctly, however if you do not know what you're doing, then please ask someone who does and then get them to do it.
