Ok So I have been registred for more then 30 days have more then ten posts and more than 15 rep, but when I click new thread on server ads it says I dont have permission Please Help.

I assume that you need 50 posts to post a advertise? Not sure, though. But I've read it some where, that you need 50 posts, 15 reps, and 30 days registration time.
