My samp has decided to stop working giving me this error

As soon as I press connect, this error appears. It doesn't even get to the GTA SA loading screen. This has happened completely randomly, after I reinstalled the game 5 times. I have 0 mods and have not edited the game files. I was ingame and then it crashed, as I tried to rejoin this happened. I have updated graphics drivers, restarted pc, made sure it was a clean save, moved it to a different location. Nothing works.

Any fixes?

RESOLVED.

Fix: I deleted the Grand Theft Auto SA User Files folder in my documents and re-installed GTA SA. I also ran both SAMP and GTA in administrator mode. This resolved it.
