I have this error on my VPS :
[12:13:10] Loading plugin: mysql.so
[12:13:10] Failed (libmysqlclient.so.18: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

My line plugins :
plugins sscanf.so mysql.so nativechecker.so mysql_static.so

File plugins : mysql.so, mysql_static.so
and root of the server samp: mysql_static.so

Why two plugins of mysql? Use mysql_static.so and you need to install the mysql client.
