Is not that.
My GM worked well. But actualziar to 0.3.7 PlayAudioStreamForPlayer functions are not working.
No nothing appears on the screen .
Just run the rest of the functions .

I tried a GM white, It does not work.

Normally on the screen should look like this:

But simply nothing happens. No nothing appears on the screen .

If your audio is turned off, it won't play anything and the text onscreen won't appear as well.
Had that same problem once, GTA turned my sound off for some reason after restarting the game.
After turning it on again, it worked again.

It's not server sided problem, it's the game itself.
The server sends the message to your client, but if audio is turned off, the client ignores the server message and won't play the sounds and won't show the text at the bottom of the screen.
It also won't add anything to the chatbox.

Video for proof that turning off music in the client disables PlayAudioStreamForPlayer:

Now that I think of it, is there anyway to detect if the player plays it or not? It'd be great atleast to have the function return 0 if the client doesn't play the sound for the player.

Nope.
Also:

Return Values:

1: The function executed successfully.
0: The function failed to execute. The player specified does not exist.

So it should return -1 i think if this gets implemented.
