So basicly I was installing SA-MP 0.3.7 RC3 to play somewhere, and then this thing pops up

Install directx? Or run an dxdiag an enable 3D acceleration

Go to your GTA-SA disk's contests and start the aut-run and select the directx install button. It'll install he necessary directx files for GTA-SA.

Try to install the client with admin permission. (run as admin)

Just ingore it, the game will still be running.

PS: Why do you want to install 0.3.7 RC3? 0.3.7 has been officially released.
