When i activate the Frame limiter, the pop in in gta sa is huge and the screen keeps "blinking" every 2/3 seconds... When i desactivate, it goes back to normal

Note: This only happens in samp, in single player, it doesn't do this...

Everyone has this unfortunately, I don't think you can do anything, even /fpslimit 90 doesn't work because it just has a small freeze every 2-3 seconds.

But in 0.3.7 RC5 it didn't does it but in RC6 it started doing that o.O
