Define "better".
What doesn't it do correctly when using VW of -1?
The streamer works fine either way.
The VW of -1 is for all virtual worlds, not just 1.
It might be a benefit in some cases and sometimes it is not wanted or needed, so you can optionally add your own VW.

I made some interior(for some building) and I set VW and Int to eg. 5, and my exteriors are on 0 VW and Int... So my question is, will streamer work better/faster for server(cpu, ram) and players with -1 int and vw or with my custom vws and ints(exteriers are on 0, interiors are on different vws and ints)?

For house-interiors and businesses like casino, burger shot etc, I think it's best to use your own VW instead of -1 for your map-icons, 3DText and other stuff.
Actually, most stuff could use a specific VW instead of -1.
Atm, I can't think of an example where you would use global map-icons or something like that for all VW's (-1).
As for memory, nowadays most pc's have 4GB+ RAM so memory isn't an issue.
As for speed, I think you won't notice anything unless you create more than 100k map-icons for example.
Even then, you won't get lag issues. Maybe it's best to ask the developer of the plugin if it has any speed impact at all.
If you're experiencing lag issues, the problem is most likely (99.9999% certain) the problem lies within your script instead of VW values for streamer related functions.
