SA-MP freezes
#1

As the title says, my PC freezes randomly while playing sa-mp(Can't stop the process, can't open task manager/quit @ALT+F4).This problem occurs only in multiplayer mode. This problem started few months ago, and I thought it will be easy to fix, but I tried a lot of things(reinstall samp+gta san andreas, windows, drivers, restore gta to default settings) which has no effect.I would appreciate any suggestion.
Also, here's something weird(it happened in samp):
.
And, there one more problem:In Advanced display options, I have 2 types of 1280x1024x32 and one of 1280x1024x16( Actually, I have 2 types of x32 for each resolution).
--PC information--
OS:Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
Video card:ATI HD Radeon 4850 512 mb
Processor AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition 3.20GHz
HDD:500 GB as I remember
3 GB of RAM.

1. Its a picture you sent.
2. Make sure you are not using mods.
