DisableRemoteVehicleCollisions function doesnt work on Helicopters Rotor

Title says everything.

DisableRemoteVehicleCollisions does not disable the Collision for Rotors of Helicopters.

Actually it is "Rotor" - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helicopter_rotor

Propellers are usually not mounted with the blades pointing horizontally and vice versa

Does it really matter what it is called? I think everyone will know what op means. Anyway, yes this could cause problems and should be fixed.
