I mean, Registered players who are inactive, receive the money. ( I use dini )

It is possible with files, but dini is terribly slow and opening every single player file would lag your server for a few seconds (check out timings section).

It is very possible by keeping a list of all registered players in a separate file and opening all those userfiles, but with Dini and with a decent amount of registered users your server will freeze for many seconds. Literally.

Please, use MySQL, and not a 6 year old include.
