How to use crashdetect plugin?

It has
crashdetect.dll (i know i should put this at plugins then write it to server.cfg)
crashdetect.inc (do i need to write this in my gamemode like "#include <crashdetect>
crashdetect.pdb (i don't know where to put this?)

and where can i see the crashes it detects?
