It would appear you haven't set up a MySQL or haven't set up the connection. Have you tried entering localhost into it?

Have you set up a MySQL database/table, and If so where is it hosted? You need to put them details into the screenshot you've just shown me.

It depends, is your gameserver hosted locally or are you with a provider/host?

If you are with a host, ask them for one.

Otherwise, you'll need to make one on your local machine, or order from an alternative host (generally cost money).
