If you are using scriptfiles to save any kind of date, Make sure all directories are there, Add nativechecker and restart the server and post the logs here.

Are you trying to switch your whole OS from Linux to Windows or do you mean simply just switching your server over to Windows support?

IF you mean switching your server over to support windows it's simply just editing your plugins
plugins streamer.dll YSF.dll sscanf.dll

If you're trying to switch your OS you need to install Windows or if you are under a VPS/Dedicated have a reinstall done with windows instead. Just a reminder most hosts charge extra for Windows.
