I really need a fix for this one. All the programs that i have on desktop .exe when I'm trying to open them, it tell's me that i need to choose a program to open them in. They work perfectly from Program Files, but as soon as i transfer that .exe to desktop it does not work anymore.

It is Because of Virus!
Remove/Uninstall the recent software you installed before this one happen...

I did removed all the programs that were installed recently, but it still not a fix.

Try to make backup of all you files and reset your pc.

Problem solved. Reseting it was the only choice.
