I think it's because you just never used LobbyCP1 as a code (code at OnPlayerEnterDynamicCP), instead you just set it to what it is (creation of the checkpoint).
EDIT: So just try to use it at OnPlayerEnterDynamicCP and see if the warning will still occure.
