It's possible to "desactive" [part] and [join] in server_log when a player connected/leave?

Hey! No I don't think it's possible, it is set in the server.exe not in your gamemode. You can create custom logs for your server however, stored in different folders under scriptfiles but it's kind of hard to create, only seen a few servers pull it off.

You cannot remove it from being shown within the console.
How-ever,. you can remove it from the server_log file(I assume) using a filemanager plug-in which allows file access outside of the scriptfiles folder.
