Threaded Mode
/rcon playertimeout [limit m/s] - Change the time in milliseconds until a player timeouts when not sending any packets.

I don't found in https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Server.cfg playertimeout. But if i don't add playertimeout in my server.cfg it'is still mean that this will be in server and value how write here (default 1000)

Yes, if it's being used by default it'll still be in the server.

But i don't have add this line in server.cfg yet but it'is still enable ?
