Try uninstalling some of your unnecessary programs in control panel. You can also use Windows Disk Cleanup to remove temporary files, which can build up into enormous amounts. Try these things and see what you can free up.

Run > write %TEMP% > delete all files
It should reduce some space. Also try scanning the drive with a good antivirus.

Use AVG for anti virus and some times you had by mistakenly downloaded unwanted programd
