Hi.

It's very difficult for one person who speak with this alphabet (a, b, c, d, e) to learn the Russian ?

As difficult as any other language.

Most of my friends(that are not russian, but speaking russian) says that to speak russian is ok, but to write or read its very difficult, because of 'drunk' R(Я), 'small' 3(з) and some crazy letters like ы or ь, that makes letter before heavy or soft.

For example mention, you can hear this letter. Check out in internet what's exactly ы, for myself its hard to explain

Yoo forgot 'ъ and ь', 'щ and ш'.
'Ы' sounds like a E in the beginning of 'early', but you must use more basses. Or, for example, 'Jude', try to spell this word from 'G' or 'Ж' instead 'J' and spell this word more harder xD
You can also try to found how sounds 'жир' , where 'и' in that word will be sound as 'ы'.
