Apparently the details of every registered player is reset after every server restart: that includes the skin, age, gender and money. I've looked around and tried to solve this issue but I've not been able to. Could anybody enlighten me?

If you're using GMX it might cause the problems because GMX does not call OnPlayerDissconect properly, you might try to find GMX fix by ******. It's floating somewhere on his pastebin.
