I want to ask. This callback will be still called for ex:

In vehicle will be driver, and i will be like passenger. And if driver will go by car, position will update? i mean this callback get called?

Other question. When player is sitting as passenger and then i do him SetVehiclePos, vehicle pos get change?

ye, thats used on Vehicle so it will.

Why sometimes Float:vel_x, Float:vel_y, Float:vel_z

return negative value? i mean -0.00001, -0.0025 and so on.
