I keep getting these random OPCodes near the West side of LS, By Verona Mall, Which makes my SAMP Client Crash, any ideas of how this happened? Never happened until today.

Maybe there is a 'fucked up mapped objects' try to find it,

You need to provide more info on this. Does this happen on every server or just one in particular? Do you have mods?

Please post the OpCodes here (get the from the chatlogs).
Possible reasons from server side:
Over lapping objects.
Bad objects.
Possible reasons in your GTA:
Bad vehicles mods.
Bad object replacements.
Corrupted files.
