Well i just dont know what it is its a fresh and clean installation of GTA no mods what so ever and i still get these kind of thing all the time....
Having some graphical problems

Reinstall your gta , there are some files that are not in the correct possession and are hard to be found. Reinstalling GTA SA will be easier.

Reinstalled it twice one from CD other one from steam, Still the same result any other suggestions ?
Edit: Also get a crash everytime a car explodes etc..
