Hi guys, I have a problem with the camera is too down and I was confused when driving.
How can I put above?

I believe its server sided.. I've had this on a few servers and on other servers its normal :/

And in Gta san andreas normal and I do the same, I'll try a reinstall in the hope that it will solve

You mean the view while playing? The camera view can be toggled by pressing 'Home' or 'v' I'm not sure though, you can see it in your GTA SA / SA-MP controls through the pause menu.

By default the camera moves using the Arrow Keys in GTA SA, I suppose you're using the arrow keys (Up and down) to change the camera view, that's the reason it shows up like that.

I think you're new to SA-MP / GTA-SA go through some quick tutorials regarding the controls and other stuff in SA-MP, it'll help you.
