I can`t start my gamemode i tried my other gamemode but nothing again i put streamer.so sscanf.so and evrything. When i put gamemode and plugins and all my server with FilleZilla and press start nothing happened just says offline
and I don`t get anything in log file.

Make sure that you have upload all files(scriptfiles)+Makesure that you are using same Plugins as the GameMode..

It might be a server crash. Load crashdetect plugin and try running the server again. Then check the server log for any output with [debug] prefix and post them here.

Make sure you have checked your GM for all the required plugins.
Also check if your host is using Linux(SO) or Windows(dll).
Check if your GM is compiled with the latest Includes of the Samp Server aswell,
