https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases

Download the MySQL for CentOS. Then, unpack the .zip and there is a mysql_static.so inside.
Bring it to your plugins folder, and add it to your server.cfg

I hope it works.

EDIT: In the CentOS download, there isn't any mysql_static, so i will try to use the Linux release.

ask your host to install mysql libraries
& get static plugin of your mysql version!
