Well. You could start by editing other filterscripts and/or gamemodes so you can familiarise yourself with the program to begin with. Then you can move onto tutorials on the forums and later on read the sa-mp wiki. There's alot of tutorials on the sa-mp forums that teach you about the things you need to know about pawn.

For example if you want to know how Y_INI works you can read the tutorial and you will probably learn within time.
