you need to make the mysql server using wamp or anything i will send you an file ask me on skype upload it and then name it as copsandrobbers

You can donload WAMP server package from their offical website:http://www.wampserver.com/en/
Then install wamp server to your computer and then start wamp server.


NOTE: Also dont trust anybody who try send software over Skype
