Those are the main cause plugins, everytime I try to run the server it gives me a MSVCR100.dll and MSVCP100.dll error, i've tried installing the redistributables, i've tried the 2005/2010/2013 versions, none seem to have done anything. I'm running out of options, I even downloaded the .dll's themselves and placed them into the plugin folder then the main folder to try it out, what do I do??

try to adding .dll in your cfg

show your server.cfg or try updates your plugins

Have you tried .NET Framework? Try it, and make sure you restart the VPS everytime you install a major software.

i already fixed it for a friend,just redownload a new server package and copy your plugins

I did that already, although I can't find the MySQL one.
