You should also know that my GM is not superbly well optimized, you think how j'peux keep connected (without lag) with any locally?

Yes, that'll be fine for a SA-MP server.

Any Xeon options or higher Freq options which include Intel ? But this is fine just remember a SA-MP server only uses one core, so the better the single core the better resources you have.

You really don't need all that for one SA:MP server, that's something an entry-level server host would use.
