It might be a script issue, or have you checked what version you're using? probaly your missing a plugin?

Check what version of pawno you are using. also check if you're missing the plugin called libpawnc.dll

It's a sign that you have too many errors in that script. Try to cut off parts of it and save it somewhere else. Then try compile again, it shouldn't do like that, a few errors should appear, fix them and add another part and compile and so on. If you have any issues regarding the errors, post them here. Make sure to remove a few more parts of the script if the compiler still doesn't respond. (( Save them on a .txt file meanwhile ))
OR
If you're an experienced pawno scripter, slowly scroll through the script and try to find errors. But I'm not sure about that as you would've known about this issue already.

It might also be possible that you have a missing file that has to be included, otherwise the pawn compiler won't work. Download the server from samp's website and compare, or drag the pawno folder into your server folder, so both the pawno folders merges, remember to replace all the files when the popup comes.
