Tenho certeza que suas includes estгo desatualizadas.. Baixe o SA:MP SERVER 0.3z no site official do SA:MP e copie todas as includes que vem na pasta PAWNO do SA:MP SERVER novo e coloque na pasta do PAWNO que vocк usa atualmente.
