my host says the servers successfully started but everywhere else it says its offline.

Well your host has messed something up, they are trying to run multiple servers on the same port. You should contact them, not much we can do.

It happens on anotherh ost too,can u help with plugns, why dont they work

Make sure that your host is linux .
I think it is Windows so you will have to use .dll rather .
I am not sure but just try it .

You're clearly using Triangle.gs by looking at your server's IP. Try shutting the server down, then bringing it back up. If that doesn't work, try re-installing your server.
