So what is this Rhino System

Think about Players Getting A Rhino ? . They Will turn your server into a Battlefield :P.
And You really want to get a rhino in your server? this is the perfect FS for that
to prevent your server to become a battlefield lets reduce their Rhino usage
by reducing their money while driving rhino Every Second. Wont that be Great
.

Lets Get TO it...

This FilterScript will create a pickup at Las Venturas, Get in that pickup. Drive the rhino
get your money reduced , kill some people .

It will Destroy the rhino vehicle when the player exits/disconnects/the players money finishes

Configuring the FilterScript
