IF(target) help

I am needing to make a comparison if the player is aiming, only got one way:
if (GetPlayerTargetPlayer (playerid)! = INVALID_PLAYER_ID)
That way if he is caught staring at someone, I wanted a mode checks that it is only if he is targeting


I tried using:
if (GetPlayerTargetPlayer (playerid)) return 1;
(PRESSED (KEY_HANDBRAKE))
