I want to create an CNR gamemode, but i wanted to ask you guys how to start - please some tips

First..Start with the register/login/saving stats system..Add Donor/VIP and Admin system (commands later)..Then add classes teams army cia etc and then start setting up their bases, spawns..After that create cmds like /arrest,/cuff,/taze,/rob etc..
It's kinda easy to script a CNR but the easiest type for me is the Freeroam/Stunt
