Im getting this error on my VPS > Windows Server 2008 R2
when i run the exact same on my Windows 7 NO error. it will start

That will be a plugin issue, Either update your plugin and make sure its in the plugins folder and is correctly written in your server.cfg

If i Load the gamemode on my Windows 7 PC it will work
But if i start the gamemode on my Windows Server 2008 R2 im getting that errors and mysql wont load.
Do i miss anything in the VPS ?

Your version of mysql plugin is not equal with your mysql include.

Does the VPS have the latest Visual C runtime libraries (vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64) installed?

Goto the search function on this forum search for "BlueG" look for mysql then click on the GITHUB link, goto github and then downloaded either the newest version or the one before, personally I prefer R36. But you can choose one if your gamemode is made to use threaded queries.
